Fun Runs

A Fun Run is a great way to raise money for your child’s elementary school. The basic concept:  Parents pledge money for every lap their child runs around a track to music  All students participate and the total donations can be used to pay for items the school needs. For example:

• Playground equipment
• Books
• Computers
• Fundraisers

The students are exercising and raising money at the same. It’s a good way for the entire school to come together for a common cause. Fun Runs are typically held during the school day in the spring or fall and schools can potentially raise a lot of funds.

Musical Memories has MC’d/DJ’s Fun Runs for many years with annual clients. The sound system is typically set up in the middle of the track. In the round - Erin will play appropriate music and provide all the direction and announcing needed, ensuring a successful event and maximum potential fundraising for the school or event.  Musical Memories is on the list of preferred vendors for Fun Runs.
