Musical Memories offers up to eight hours of musical entertainment for you and your guests. This includes music for your cocktails, dinner, and of course, the dancing portion of the evening. It also includes acting as the MC and “Wedding Coordinator.”
Musical Memories will provide all the necessary announcements for all of the formalities needed:
The goal of Musical Memories is to make the transitions smooth between cocktails, dinner and dancing. Tasteful lighting effects are included for dancing.
Musical Memories offers a no-obligation first meeting with potential clients.

If clients decide to book Musical Memories, a contract is signed and a retainer fee is give, then a wedding questionnaire will be completed. A final meeting and or phone call will be placed inside the last week to over all details.

If a PA system is needed for the ceremony, Musical Memories can provide. Depending on your needs, and location, a second sound system would be provided and controlled by Musical Memories.
A lapel mic is provided for the officiant, and a mic on a stand can be provided for any readings. There is an additional fee for the PA ceremony.
The eight-hour session includes: set-up/breakdown as well as the actual contracted music time. A second smaller fee is charged if a PA is needed for your ceremony. Also, if the location of the reception/ceremony is more than 90 minutes outside of the Madison area, a hotel room, paid for by the clients, is required.
